You have access to two tiers of benefits based on the providers you choose. If you see providers who participate in the Volusia Health Network (VHN), you can minimize your out-of-pocket expenses.
Be sure to verify that your doctor or facility is in your network or confirm that your provider has not changed the benefit level at which he or she has participated in the past. If you seek care from a provider who is not in your network, your coverage may be denied. To see if your provider participates in your networks, use the provider search tools for your plan below.
